T&Cs - Tarifa Retreat 2026

1. Deposit

1.1. Reservations: To secure your spot, a deposit payment of £150 must be made via bank transfer. The remaining two payments will be due via bank transfer on 15th November 2025 and 15th February 2026. Payment reminders with bank details will be sent prior to each due date.

1.2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal

1.3. Late Payments: If the full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

2. Guest Cancellation

2.1. If you need to cancel your attendance at the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The deposit is non-refundable.

2.2. If you cancel before 15th November 2025, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date (excluding the deposit).

2.3. Cancellations made after 15th November 2025 are non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of any and all sums paid.

2.4. In extreme or unforeseen circumstances, changes or cancellations outside these terms may be permitted at the organiser’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

2.5. Due to advance commitments for accommodation and other arrangements, exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made.

3. Spot Exchange Policy

3.1. Any transfer or exchange of your retreat spot to another participant can only occur after prior consultation and approval by the yoga teacher to ensure quality and consistency of the retreat experience.

4. Retreat Cancellation by Organiser

4.1. In the rare event of force majeure (e.g., travel restrictions, pandemics) preventing the retreat from taking place, all non-refundable deposits will be converted into store credit valid for the next available retreat. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accident, and loss or theft of belongings. The organiser accepts no liability for losses or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to the retreat. By participating, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit for all retreat activities. The organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in activities for safety reasons.

7. Behaviour and Conduct

7.1. Participants agree to respect retreat staff, fellow participants, and venue property. Any behaviour disrupting the retreat or compromising safety may result in immediate removal without refund. The organiser has sole discretion over such decisions.

8. Liability and Responsibility

8.1. By participating in this retreat, participants accept full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing during all retreat activities. They release the organiser from any liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Media Consent

9.1. Participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must notify the organiser in writing prior to or at the start of the retreat.

10. Data Privacy

10.1. Personal data collected is used solely for retreat management and communication, stored securely, and handled in compliance with data protection laws. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
