T&Cs - Fuerteventura Retreat 2027

  1. Booking & Payment

    1.1 To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required.

    1.2 The remaining balance will be split into two installments due via bank transfer on: 25 October 2026 and 25 January 2027

    1.3 Payment reminders and bank details will be shared prior to each due date.

    1.4 By confirming your booking, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment plan.

  2. Guest Cancellation Policy

    2.1 If you need to cancel your attendance at the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

  3. Non-Refundable Payments

    3.1 The initial deposit of £150 is strictly non-refundable

    3.2 All installment payments are also non-refundable once paid

    3.3 Due to advance financial commitments for accommodation, staffing, venue reservations, and retreat planning, no refunds can be issued for any payments already made.

  4. Outstanding Balance After Cancellation

    4.1 If a participant cancels after an installment due date has passed, they remain responsible for paying any outstanding balance associated with their booking, regardless of attendance.

    4.2 By securing a place on the retreat, the participant commits to the full retreat investment and payment schedule.

  5. Exceptions

    5.1 In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, any adjustments, credits, or transfers remain entirely at the organiser’s discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Spot Exchange Policy

    6.1 Any transfer or exchange of your retreat spot to another participant may only take place with prior consultation and written approval from the organiser to ensure the quality and integrity of the retreat experience.

    6.2 The original participant remains responsible for any outstanding payments until the replacement participant has fully completed the transfer process.

  7. Retreat Cancellation by Organiser

    7.1 In the rare event that the retreat cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control — including but not limited to travel restrictions, pandemics, natural disasters, political instability, or force majeure events — the organiser reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the retreat.

    7.2 In such circumstances:
    - No cash refunds will be guaranteed
    - Any payments made may be transferred as credit toward a future retreat
    - Any credit issued will take into account non-recoverable costs already incurred

    7.3 The organiser is not responsible for participant expenses outside the retreat package, including flights, travel costs, insurance, or personal expenses.

  8. Travel Insurance:

    8.1 Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accident, and loss or theft of belongings. The organiser accepts no liability for losses or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances.

  9. Health and Safety

    9.1 Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to the retreat. By participating, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit for all retreat activities. The organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in activities for safety reasons.

  10. Behaviour and Conduct

    10.1 Participants agree to respect retreat staff, fellow participants, and venue property. Any behaviour disrupting the retreat or compromising safety may result in immediate removal without refund. The organiser has sole discretion over such decisions.

  11. Respect for Spaces & Property

    11.1 Please treat your room and all shared spaces respectfully. If any room, equipment or communal area is damaged, you will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacement.

  12. Liability and Responsibility

    12.1 By participating in this retreat, participants accept full responsibility for their own health, safety, and wellbeing during all retreat activities. They release the organiser from any liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise, except in cases of proven negligence.

  13. Media Consent

    13.1 Participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the retreat for promotional and marketing purposes. If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must notify the organiser in writing prior to or at the start of the retreat.

  14. Data Privacy

    14.1 Personal data collected is used solely for retreat management and communication, stored securely, and handled in compliance with data protection laws. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
