
T&Cs - Retreat 2024
Participants' Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT:
To secure your spot deposit payment of £150 should be made via credit card payment. The remaining two payments will be payable via bank transfer by 15th April 2023 and 15th of June 2023. A payment reminder for the instalments will be sent alongside bank details.
GUEST CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel your attendance to the retreat, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel before April 14th, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat (excluding the deposit). Cancellations after April 14th are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.
In extreme circumstances, changes or cancellations outside of these terms may be permitted at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made.
RETREAT CANCELLATION:
In the rare case of force majeure and only if people cannot travel due to travel restrictions, like the pandemic, we will convert the non-refundable deposits into a store credit for all customers. All deposits will be transferred to the next available retreat. No cash refund will be issued.
